1. All clubs hosting a state tournament must
follow the minimum guidelines established by USA Oklahoma Amateur Wrestling
Inc.
2. Clubs
hosting tournaments must be charter members of USAOK. All club charter and sanctions must be paid at first scheduling
meeting. If club and sanction fees are
not paid club and sanction fees are not paid tournament date will be open to
first club who pays fees.
3. All
participants must have current USA competitors card. All tournament wrestlers must have red and blue singlet. (Red and Blue singlet rule must be
put on flyer)
4. All
coaches must have a current USA coaches’ card and minimum of copper
certification to receive floor passes.
No coaches will be allowed in a corner without floor pass.
5. Entry
fee will be $10.00 per style for all tournaments. USAOK wrestling will be paid $2.00 per entry or $500.00
(which ever is less) for each qualifying tournament.
6. Gate charges will be $3.00 for adults 18 and over.
7. All tournaments
will offer Kids, Cadets, and Junior divisions.
All open tournaments will wrestle Greco then Freestyle. All qualifying tournaments will wrestle
Freestyle then Greco.
8.
Weigh-ins: All weigh-in personnel must be adults. Wrestler must weigh-in in singlet.

Divisions: 7:00 am-7:30 am Starting Times: Kids Divisions 9:00 am
Cadets
& Juniors: 0:00 am-10: 30 am Cadets & Juniors 12:00 noon

10. All tournaments will run line bracket format with the
addition of the following rules:
a. 3 or less
wrestlers in bracket round robin.
b. 4 or less
wrestlers in bracket all division run on one mat.
c. All
tournaments are seeded by draw number; same club members will be separated
placed in different 1/4
brackets.
d. No challenge
matches.

11. Host club will have a minimum of 6 mats.
12. Host
club must hire all mat officials and pairing officials. All officials must be certified with
National and Local Associations. They
must have current license and have attended official’s clinic.
Minimum
pay for mat officials will be $125.00 per mat.
13. Each
club hosting a tournament must hire 1 mat official per mat plus head official.
Must hire 1 head Pairing Official. Host
club is encouraged to use club certified personnel. Payment of officials shall be immediately at the end of
tournament.
14. Host club must furnish security and medical personnel.
15. All
tournaments host must supply one mat official and one pairing official for all
USA National Tournaments hosted in state.
16. All results must be
posted to usaokwrestling.com no later than 24 hours after tournament.
17. All tournaments must have an experienced adult announcer.
18. Tournament
flyers will be distributed at each tournament.
All flyers will be in Westmoore tournament flyer format. Deadline for tournament flyer is July 1st.
19.
All violations to these
rules will be $100.00 per violation.
Penalty fees will be paid at end of tournament.
